A great song, even better on guitar only! Most of the chords in this version are played mostly from the 3rd , 5th and 7th frets etc , with some muting of strings + open chord type sounds. Chris plays this song on a Takamine EN - 15 or 10 Dreadnought I think. His playing style in this song if it can be described, is a combination of alternate versions of chords ( use of open sounding chords you could say) and letting the chords ring out and in some cases muffling or muting certain frets for chords etc. As for the rhythm, listen to CD if it's any help, or if your lucky enough to have this version on videotape or MP3, work away. This song sounds great on any Dreadnought or jumbo Acoustic guitar. List as followings for chords + chord inversions etc. Excuse terminology if it doesn't make sense!
